2021 1095-C Instructions and codes (PDF)
The Affordable Care Act requires all employers to report information to the IRS about the health care coverage that is offered to its employees on Form 1095-C. The IRS requires us to furnish these forms to employees no later than March, 2022. They are still being processed and not available yet.
- You do not need the Form 1095-C to complete your 2021 taxes and you do not need to send it in with your taxes but you should retain a copy with your tax records.
