If you do not remember your password, click "I forgot my password". You will be prompted to provide your email address. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email.

  • For Alumni, the Reset Password link will be sent to your student email address.
  • For Former Employees, the Reset Password link will be sent to the email address we have on file for you.

The Form 1095-C is no longer available on Owlnet. You should be receiving a paper copy via US mail soon.

The Affordable Care Act requires all employers to report information to the IRS about the health care coverage that is offered to its employees on Form 1095-C.
