Emphasis upon equipping current and prospective leaders in the horse industry with the background and skills to achieve their potential while focusing on the specific nuances of the equine industry. Development, application and reflection of personal leadership capabilities through self-assessments and experiential learning activities.
Prerequisites: EQU 111 and EQU 118
