Description

This course is designed to provide the student with the opportunity to practice those attitudes, skills, and behaviors necessary to provide positive leadership at the district level.
Utilizing the practical experiences performed and related literature, the student will address one school improvement issue through the completion of a formal paper. Finally, an electronic professional portfolio aligned to the proper standards will be developed and submitted to the William Woods University assessment system.
Prerequisite: Completion of all other EDS courses.
