Description

The goal of this course is to familiarize students with the many ways that the law impacts business decisions. To that end, this course offers an interdisciplinary approach to legal issues in the business environment using elements of law, economics, ethics, social responsibility, and management. By the end of this course, students should understand and apply basic legal concepts and the fundamentals of legal reasoning to business situation. They will be able to analyze ethical issues and avoid legal conflicts in order to conduct themselves in a responsible manner.
