Description

This course is an advanced level study that challenges students to investigate and analyze the writings of the masters of management theory; compare those writings with the writings of contemporary writers and from such investigation and analysis design and create personal management theories for use in their careers. Out-of-the-box thinking is encouraged to bring theory into reality. Topics include but are not limited to motivation, organizational design, management communication, and performance management.
