Description

This activity course will discuss how to develop flexibility for optimal mobility and strength. A variety of methods will be explored. Students will learn various methods to increase flexibility, relieve stress, improve posture and breathing, and increase functional strength through the use of Pilates, Yoga, Fitness Ball, and Dynamic/Static stretching.
