Description

Sports nutrition is a broad term used to describe the study of optimal ingestion practices to improve exercise and/ or sports performance. Students will take a scientific look at macronutrients, supplementation, nutrient timing, hydration, and more to enhance training for various types of athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
Prerequisite: EXS103
