I agree with you Marco- I think that with the ability to monitor an employees every technical move now days that at some point you have the give them the benefit of the doubt and trust in them and their decisions. While I do not disagree with blocking these sites from the organizations computers and only accessing during break times or after work hours would help eliminate problems down the road that you may have with some employees too much restrcition is going to create unhappy employees who are going to break the rules and not care about it. By giving them the benefit of the doubt will show trust in them and a level of respect that is hopefully in the end mutual and the best choice of all.
