Description

The purpose of this course is to provide the student with a broader understanding of the complex nature of leadership and its role in today's organization. The course will focus on research findings about leadership and the application of that research to the individual and to the organization. It will provide students with an opportunity to explore their own leadership styles and develop additional knowledge and skills in this area. 3 Credits
