Description

This course is a writing-intensive enhancement to an upper-level biology class. It is designed to help students develop the critical written communication skills necessary to succeed in technical, scientific, and professional settings. The course requires at least an additional 3,000 words beyond the expectations of the non-enhanced class. The additional content is to be final-draft quality, consistent with the standards of scientific writing.

Corequisite: BIO 303, 313, 323, 330, 333, 340, 350, 405, or 414
