The Affordable Care Act requires all employers to report information to the IRS about the health care coverage that is offered to its employees on Form 1095-C.

• You do not need the Form 1095-C to complete your 2023 taxes and you do not need to send it in with your taxes but you should retain a copy with your tax records.
