If the Show me in campus directory checkbox is grayed out, this may mean that an administrator has hidden your profile.
You can control whether or not your name shows up in the Campus Directory using your My Info portlet.
To hide or display your details:
1. Log in to the portal and click the Personal Info link. By default, this link is located at the top of the screen.
2. Click the Privacy Settings tab.
3. Select or de-select the checkbox labeled Show me in campus directory.
