1.        Navigate to the Calendar portlet instance that hosts the calendar you want to subscribe to.

2.        Maximize the portlet instance. The screen updates to include more details. You should see a Calendars heading and a Subscriptions heading (note that the latter heading has nothing to do with your own subscriptions -- it simply refers to the calendars this portlet instance has been subscribed to.)

3.        Under these headings, locate the calendar you want to subscribe to. Do one of the following:

o      Click the subscribe icon.

o      If the calendar is listed under Calendars, you can click the name of the calendar to open a page of details about it. On that screen, you can either click the subscribe icon or click the Subscribe to this calendar link.

Note that an alternate way of subscribing is to navigate first to your My Calendar portlet instance, click Browse Shared Calendars, then browse to the desired calendar and follow the prompts.

 

1.        Navigate to your My Calendar portlet instance. By default, this is located on the main page of your My Pages context.

2.        Maximize the portlet instance.

3.        Click the Manage Calendars link. The portlet opens a view with a section labeled My Subscriptions.

4.        Use the checkboxes to select the calendar(s) that you want to stop subscribing to.

5.        Click Delete Selected Subscriptions.
