Your Owlnet account provides access to pertinent information associated with your connection to William Woods University.

Faculty can access courses, grade entry, and other related information through the Faculty tab. Employees (faculty and staff) can access timecards, related Human Resources information, and budget information through the Employees tab (formerly Employee Info).

Your  E-mail account is your first initial, middle initial and last name @owls.williamwoods.edu. 
The initial password is your student ID number. Official WWU correspondence is sent to the Live@edu account.
Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and print PDF files.
2011 1098-T Access: Now Available

Students will be able to access an electronic version of their 2011 1098-T through the Current Students or Alumni tabs. You will need to log in to Owlnet to obtain your 1098-T. If you do not know your Owlnet username and password, please call the UIT Help Desk at 573.592.4224 M-F between 8 am and 8 pm. Once you log in to Owlnet and click on either the Current Students or Alumni tab, you will see a link to the 1098-T forms. Simply click on the link to generate a PDF copy of your 1098-T. This PDF can then be printed or emailed, depending on your individual need.
 
We cannot provide Owlnet login information to parents.

2011 W-2 Access: Now Available

Employees (including student workers) who wish to access an electronic, print-ready version of their 2011 W-2 can do so at this time. Log in to Owlnet, then click the Employees tab.Click on the 2011 W-2 link located under the W-2 Access heading. The next screen will contain a link to a PDF file containing three copies of your W-2 that can be submitted with your federal and state tax returns. Click on the link to bring up the PDF. From there, you can print or save the file, depending on your personal preference.
 
Complete the W-2 Authorization form (specifying your preference for electronic or paper distribution of your W-2). If you like the electronic format, and do not wish to have a paper copy sent to you, please choose Electronic Format is Great! If you prefer to receive a paper copy, please select I Prefer Paper. Please note you will receive a paper copy (identical to the one generated online) no earlier than January 31 if you choose to receive paper copies of your W-2.
